Nextmotion is an AI-powered procedural motion design tool that enables users to create animations through natural language prompts and a node-based graph editor. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate motion design code, which is rendered in real time within the application.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to update it as necessary.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all motion designs, animations, and creative content you produce using the Service. Nextmotion claims no ownership over user-generated content. By using the Service, you grant Nextmotion a limited, non-exclusive license to process and render your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

The Nextmotion platform, software, branding, and underlying technology remain the exclusive intellectual property of Nextmotion and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or exploit the underlying AI models or platform code
• Circumvent rate limits, authentication, or any security measures
• Use the Service for automated scraping or data extraction beyond its intended use
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nextmotion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
